By accessing or using Mahadev Book, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before creating your account or placing any bets. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use this platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering a Mahadev Book ID, accessing the platform, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.

These terms govern your use of the Mahadev Book platform, including all betting markets, casino games, deposits, withdrawals, and customer support interactions.

Eligibility

To use Mahadev Book, you must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to participate in online betting in your jurisdiction.

By creating an account, you confirm that you are not located in a region where online betting is prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local regulations before using the platform.

Account Registration

Your Mahadev Book ID is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate information when registering. Mahadev Book reserves the right to verify user details at any time and to suspend accounts where false or misleading information is detected.

Each user is permitted to hold only one Mahadev Book account. Multiple accounts per user are not allowed and may result in permanent suspension.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals are processed through the official Mahadev Book WhatsApp number. Accepted payment methods include UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, IMPS, and bank transfer.

The minimum deposit is ₹100. Withdrawals are processed on the same day in most cases, subject to verification requirements. Mahadev Book does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals.

Funds deposited into your account must be used for betting purposes only. Depositing funds without placing bets may result in account review.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on Mahadev Book are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or reversed after placement. Please review your selections carefully before confirming any bet.

In the event of a technical error, system failure, or incorrect odds being displayed, Mahadev Book reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. This decision is at the sole discretion of the platform.

Match results and settlement are based on official scorecards and results. Session bets and Fancy markets are settled according to standard cricket betting rules.

Bonuses and Promotions

Any bonuses or promotional offers provided by Mahadev Book are subject to separate terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer.

Mahadev Book reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Abuse of bonus offers will result in immediate account suspension.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Mahadev Book and will result in immediate account termination without refund:

Creating multiple accounts. Using automated systems, bots, or scripts to place bets. Sharing account credentials with third parties. Match fixing, insider betting, or any form of fraud. Attempting to manipulate odds or game outcomes. Using the platform for any unlawful purpose.

Account Suspension

Mahadev Book reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

In cases of confirmed fraud or multiple account violations, funds in the account may be withheld pending investigation. All such decisions are final.

Limitation of Liability

Mahadev Book is not liable for any financial losses arising from betting activity on the platform. All betting involves risk and users accept full responsibility for their wagering decisions.

We are not responsible for losses caused by connectivity issues, device failures, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Changes to Terms

Mahadev Book reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with a revised date.

Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
